What is eicr report?
An Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) is a legal requirement for all rented properties in England, renewable every 5 years or at change of tenancy. The report grades each finding C1, C2, C3 or FI and the property is only 'Satisfactory' if it has no C1 or C2 codes.
