What is gas safety certificate?
A Gas Safety Certificate (CP12 / Landlord Gas Safety Record) is a legal requirement under the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998. Every UK landlord with gas appliances must arrange an annual inspection by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
